Our role
TingoTrip provides a technology and servicing platform connecting customers with contracted travel suppliers. The named supplier operates the flight, train, bus, cab, hotel or holiday service and its fare rules also apply.
Fares, availability and payment
Search prices can change until supplier revalidation. The final payable amount, taxes, support fee, discount and cancellation status are shown before payment. A captured payment does not constitute supplier confirmation until a provider reference or confirmed status is issued. Uncertain outcomes are reconciled without replaying unsafe booking requests.
Accurate traveller information
Names, dates, contact details and documents must match supplier and government requirements. Supplier charges may apply to corrections. Customers are responsible for visas, permits, identity documents, health requirements and reporting at the stated time.
Amendments and cancellations
Requests are subject to supplier permission, availability and the latest quoted charges. TingoTrip does not apply an amendment or cancellation until the customer accepts the current quote where confirmation is required.
Service responsibility
Disruptions may be controlled by the operating supplier, transport authority, weather, government order or force majeure. TingoTrip will provide reasonable servicing and pass through eligible supplier remedies but cannot guarantee an outcome outside the contracted service.
